Laws/Lampuri Rehearsal Dinner 10/3/08

Jessica and Anthony know how to throw a party (with a bit of help from my good friend and wedding planner Shawn Schindler with Your Special Day). This was a rehearsal dinner unlike most others. The time for it was from 3pm-7pm which was odd until I arrived at the location, Anthony’s family’s house in Lake Gaston, NC. This place is amazing and needs to be seen during a gorgeous day, which Friday was. Check out the shots that photographer Kevin Milz took that day. As you can see, this is no ordinary lake house. In fact, they had completed construction just a few hours before the event! The house looked even greater due to Lyn Graves’ Fresh Affairs. Food and drinks were provided by Mitchell’s Catering. Anyway, most of what I played was background music ranging from Jack Johnson to Frank Sinatra (of course…there were lots of Italians in the house). Everyone had a great time, but I think the hit of the party was the roaming magician Joel Givens. He was awesome and had everyone amazed for the entire party.
