Sarah and Tim’s Friday reception took place at a great location, Sister’s on Millbrook. This huge room is a great spot for a party and Marc over there always takes care of the guests and his DJs! The bridal party entered the room to “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC. What a song to get you pumped! Next, Sarah and Tim went right into their first dance “Only You Can Love Me This Way” by Keith Urban. I’ll admit, I’m not a huge country fan, but I love Keith Urban, and this is a great song! After the dance, the buffet opened and guests were treated to some amazing food, especially the shrimp and grits! After dinner, we did the parent dances to “I Loved Her First” and “My Wish”. Both were great choices. The cake followed after and then we did the anniversary dance. If you have never seen this, it’s when I invite all of the married couples on to the dance floor and then ask those married less than a year to sit down, less then 5 years to sit down, etc. The “winners” of this anniversary dance had been married 55 years…that’s so awesome! That’s what marriage is all about. Anyway, the crowd was only about 90 people at this wedding, but alot of them came to party, including Sarah, that girl can dance! What a great time! I will have to say that the cake from Cinda’s Cakes was amazing and one of my favorite photographers was there also. Martha Manning delivered again! Check out below.
