DJ Ken Holmes-Morris/Price Reception-September 6th, 2009
September 8th, 2009
Adam and Lee’s reception took place Sunday at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, which is located on the campus of the University of North Carolina. Julie and her staff there are always attentive to details, and seem to always exceed everyone’s expectations. We began by introducing the bridal party, and then went straight into Adam and Lee’s first dance which was to the song “Love Gonna Walk Out On Me” performed by Toots and the Matals featuring Ben Harper. Then, a welcome by Lee’s father Ken, And then one of the highlights of the evening was when bridesmaid Shae Fiol sang a song while playing guitar to begin the dinner hour. And I must say, she KILLED IT!! There is no way my recorded music could match what she did. After dinner, we had the champagne toasts and the cake cutting. Next, Lee danced with her father to “Forever Young” by Bob Dylan, and Adam danced with his mother to the song “In My Life” by the Beatles. Soon after that we began the open dancing and I must say that the floor stayed full the rest of the night. The reception was a blast. Chris from Azul Photography was capturing the images and I can’t wait to see a preview of the pictures. Good Luck Adam and Lee. You guys were awesome!
